Florida Southern College Names New Students to Join Presidential Ambassadors

Florida Southern College proudly welcomes the new cohort of Presidential Ambassadors, a distinguished group of students selected to represent the College and uphold its core values of academic excellence, leadership, and service. 

The seven newly appointed Presidential Ambassadors include:

These new Presidential Ambassadors will be joining ten returning Presidential Ambassadors:

These 17 student leaders are instrumental in cultivating a strong sense of connection and engagement both on campus and in the wider community. They work closely with college leadership, faculty, staff, and alumni to enrich the student experience at Florida Southern College. This appointment is not only a mark of distinction but also carries the responsibility of representing the President's Office at significant college events, including commencement, Board of Trustees events, receptions, and guest speakers. 

Presidential Ambassadors are nominated by faculty and staff at Florida Southern College and chosen by a confidential selection committee. Each student will serve a 15-month term, with the opportunity to renew their appointment through graduation. The Presidential Ambassadors are students recognized by Florida Southern College as having distinguished the College through their exemplary leadership, academic achievement, and steadfast commitment to professionalism. In this role, Ambassadors will act as official representatives of the College, contributing to key events, programs, and initiatives that advance and promote the mission and values of Florida Southern College. 

The Presidential Ambassadors will begin their service immediately, engaging in initiatives that support student involvement, academic achievement, and community outreach.
